Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution if you have any issues with your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of cosmetics. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can, however, make changes to the mailing address and email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Products
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Contact Us Here. Please submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/faulty. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
